Actually I just paid the $60 or whatever for a new piece and had it installed. .fixed the issue

I need to order and replace this part. Can anyone briefly explain the steps involved in replacing the seal?

I had the same thing happen at the top of the channel. I rolled the window down and using my finger spread the channel back out, then added some waterproof grease to the inside of the channel and no more problems. For now.

My tech says it is a pretty involved job..door panels have to come off etc..not terrible bit at least 30 to 60 mins labor
