I'm batting a thousand with it...but maybe that's because I speak into it like Stone Phillips (much to the amusement of my wife).

I voted 0%, sorry, I only own a lowly ES, but I can vote on my brothers behalf also. It is a game for him and the kids, they speak a command, and laugh at whatever error the VR system spits back out.

So far, the voice recognition has been good to me. You have to figure out which commands work better....for example....when I spell out a phone number, for some reason saying "oh" is better than "zero". Not sure why, but must have something to do with keeping it to a single syllable? Anyway, still learning it and still plan on getting the override installed, but for me, the override will be mainly for the DVD playback and to move through song selections.

I don't have much trouble with the voice recognition system either. I have learned to speak in a way that the system understands.

Maybe when Lexus gets a built in phone cell connection (Like the new Audi's) they can improve it.

My wife just got a new iPhone with Siri.

It's voice recognition is almost 100%, VERY impressive.

Of course, the iPhone's using a large mainframe computer (not the iPhone itself) to perform the voice recognition......

1. You speak the request into your iPhone.

2. Your iPhone transmits the voice request to Apple.

3. Apple routes the voice request to one or more of their mainframe computers.

4. The mainframe computer analyzes the voice request, figures out what you're saying, and creates the voice response.

5. The voice response is then sent back to your iPhone (all within seconds, mind you).

6. The voice response is played back by your iPhone.
