just on a quick sidenote, i was at a japanese book store yesterday. a lot of magazines started testing the 460, 600h, and the 450h together to see about their performance.

i can't remember the exact numbers, but in terms of acceleration, the 600h is marginally faster than the 460, with the 450h having a bigger margin from the 600h (the 450h is fast!).

on braking, the 460 actually has the best braking distance of the 3. i can understand the 600h being heavier, but i was surprised to see that the 450h being worst (if i recall correctly).

too bad they didn't do any speed test above 100km/h, which i think is the point where the 600h will start to shine and run away from the other two cars. i wonder why (i read 2 magazines)

in terms of gas mileage, again the 600h is only marginally better than the 460 in that category. i think that makes sense since this car should be compared to v12 on gas mileage imho

last of all if the noise level. almost at all speed, the 600h has lower db level than the 460. i believe the most impressive was between 10-30km/h and all the way at 100km/h (around 62mph btw). in between they are about the same. i think at 100km/h, the 600h was at 60db while the 460 at 69 or so (don't quote me, it was a lot of numbers)

just some info, not sure if it's worth another thread (since i don't have the numbers and don't want to spend the 10 bucks on that magazine)

Default Same old, same old...

The 750i and 760i both have the same 5.8 second 0-60 time, even though the 750i is 400 lbs lighter, and the 760i has 78 more hp...
