Are you sure it wasn't just mph to kmh or vice-versa? Lexus says that changing the temperature units depends on the A/C display provided at the factory:

http://lexus2.custhelp.com/app/answe...-to-celsius%3F

Can you change the temperature to register from Fahrenheit to Celsius?

Cars built for the U.S. will register Fahrenheit on the A/C display. Cars built for other markets will register Celsius on the display. Lexus does not recommend that the A/C display be modified from how the car was built at the factory.

No I'm not sure

I thought that I changed it at some point playing with settings either in the nav or with the Carista app.....but I'm not positive.

They might not recommend it but the display certainly is capable of it. That answer is probably given given so cars stay within the countries they are sold. You can see where the readout for F is at the top and C at the bottom. Even the center display should be able to do it. If anyone can confirm this through Techstream thank you.

I have the same problem and live in Germany. The miles can be changed to KM. This works on the vehicle via the display control without other tools. At Techstream I asked if they have a software to change F to C. Unfortunately not. Unfortunately not. I am at a loss here and would like to change the unit from Fahrenheit to KM.
I am grateful for your help.
Have a good trip

Has anyone figured out how to switch the AC temperature and Outside temperature display to show Celsius instead of Fahrenheit? Thank you for your help. 🙏🏻

Under the sun visor I have glued a small list with the temperatures in F and C. It is the cheapest option. To really change it, chips have to be flashed and reprogrammed. If you can do that, you should live nearby and you have to find it.
