I have a non ML radio and the ipod does not interface on the nav screen when in use. You have to mouse around with the ipod when you want to change playlists ect... My question is does it interface on the ML...and has anybody tried the aftermarket adapters that enable it to have the control functions of the ipod up on the nav screen?

 

No, even with ML, the iPod doesn't have controls show on the NAV screen. Just volume. The aftermarket devices you mentioned--any links to their manufacturer's websites? Sounds interesting.
