Default 2017 ls460 mass air flow sensor connector

Hello all,

I need help correcting an issue I created when replacing the spark plugs and serpentine belt on my Lexus. When I attempted to remove the drivers side mass air flow sensor connector all 5 wires came out and not sure what order they go in. I have a new connector coming and am going to splice the wires to pigtail but need to know what order they get wired in. Should I assume the passenger side wires are same as drivers side? The other connector stayed intact so hoping that’s my example to mirror. I appreciate any help. I have 2 codes p0102 and p010c.

thanks

2010 manual says that both have the same pinout.
