There's a smaller driving light thing on the headlights of an 08 LS 460. Does anybody know the name and where to get a new one. Also, how do you install a new one? I know how to do the normal headlight bulb through the fender liner, but I'm not so sure about this one.

 

Those are DRL's and can be turned on or off in the vehicles settings or with techstream in the USA, I'm not sure if they will turn on with the headlights if they are shut off in settings because I'm in Canada and here they're on when the car is running until they burn out.

edit: the earlier years might have replaceable bulbs but I'm not sure about that either haha.

 

These are considered "Nike Lights". I replaced mine a few years ago and they are still burning bright.
They are accessible right next to the DRL's. Small hands work the best.
