New ls460 owner.

Hello everyone...let me jump right into it...I have a 2013 ls460l it has a whine in the trans and the temp gauge reads right above halfway. Should there be any concern for either?

I have a 13 with 75,000 miles, Perfectly normal on both ends

Yes, you should be concerned. There is an indication that you don't have enough transmission fluid.

Temp gauges in Toyotas always run around the halfway mark depending on ambient temps where you live, how do you know the whining is coming from the trans? Are you having any shifting issues?
