Question LS460L 2007 Gear

Hello,
My LS460 is 2007 with a mileage of 110K KMs. Off late RPM seems going high while car speed is not. At times, during the drive there is a jerk, not sure if its gear slip.
Could this be transmission related, although car is driven just 110K KM. Thanks.

Read about 'hesitation under acceleration' - it's a common thing with LS and to do with Knock Sensor. Get's worse after oil change but eventually clears itself. In the USA they issued a TB about it and as step 1 they will flash your ECU to I believe introduce a wider threshold for the knock sensor and if that does't work it's an engine job however that over the years it has proven to have next to no impact on the issue so wouldn't worry about it too much. Try your local Lexus dealer, print the TBM you will find on this forum and hopefully they will help you. They may not however as it's only been issued for US - not worldwide.
I have the same issue btw. Been a bit flat since I bought it but after the oil change, first few hundred miles are terrible. I would say that your gearbox is fine though. It just get's confused when you flooring it at 6000rpm but only doing 40mph. Mine's the same.
