Supercharged

Probably be more worthwhile to swap in the 5.0L and do something with that instead, but again, wallet.
OP, if you're actually looking for productive power making info, exhaust mods, intake mods and speaking with tunedbyloi is going to be the most realistic way to net you some power/wake up the software. ISF TCM swap is possible but complicated, wakes the car up a lot- few have done it, but it's doable. All of this doesn't net crazy power though, and forced induction is expensive.
Ask around too much, people here will just tell you to can it and buy something different.

No, they don't lol. There's very little information between the GS460 and LS460 on supercharging, but the only claimed dyno figure I can find from a German guy claims ~440hp with the HKS. So actually closer to 60hp

Were are talking about Elates supercharger, which is not the same as the HKS kit. The elate kit uses a 1900 or 2300 fdfi charger and is easily capable of making 200+ hp with the right supporting mods. Just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean it can't exist.
You think SWAPPING an engine in is the better idea??? LMAOOOOO that's hilarious! You do realize that the 4.6 and 5.0 are almost identical engines... right?

You had a tune that got you 100hp? No physical changes to your GS?
Yes, they do. You have no idea what you are talking about. I am tuned by Loi, and my GS460 makes 100+hp over stock WITHOUT a supercharger.

Seriously? I said "I am tuned by Loi, and my GS460 makes 100+hp over stock WITHOUT a supercharger."
That DOES NOT mean "I am tuned by Loi and have zero other modifications"
if you have questions about tunes or other mods, start your own thread. This one is about superchargers, it's in the title.

I'd hope to see a supercharger kit for an LS with proven power gains like that, but one just doesn't exist afaik. I'd suggest you avoid supercharging until someone has actual proof and posted dyno or 1/4 mile results specifically for our platform unless you've got deep pockets. Forum member Mr. Tinker has a build thread where he seems to have made some productive progress without a supercharger, but it's required some custom modifications and tuning.
See if you can find his build thread, it's fairly recent/up to date information and an actually productive source for some power mod info on *this* platform

Right. Because the few in here talking about a supercharger making 300hp are full of crap and have never built a car.

[QUOTE=THEunderPSI;11821206]Ditto. A tune might get you 10hp. Headers and cat delete might get you a 10% bump after the re-tune. Large HP gains are impossible without huge changes to the induction and engine.
