Default Need Help with 07 LS460

hey all, I need some help so I can help a neighbor out with her car. It’s a 2007 LS460. Im pretty mechanically inclined, I’m more of an old truck guy but with all the sensors and what not that are on these cars, I’m stumped.

story goes like this according to her;
she was running just water in it for awhile, no coolant. It overheated numerous times, and she pulled over and killed it to allow it to cool. The last time this happened, it took about 6 cranks to start. During this time, based off what she tells me, it was throwing codes for misfires and running lean on bank 1. She has a friend do spark plugs on the engine, it didn’t fix the issues.

now, the car won’t crank at all. The battery has 12.6 volts. I tried to pull codes, both scanners I tried won’t even connect to the car. The car has an oil leak on the back passenger side, it’s leaked down over the back two coils, and on to the O2 sensor. This thing is honestly a nightmare to even look at but she’s in a bad way financially and I’m trying to help her out, she’s a single mom trying to raise 5 kids. Any help with this thing would be really appreciated.

Best thing is sell the car it's just going to get worse if she can't afford to put coolant in it.
