Last time I was inside one I wasn't paying attention sadly. I'd take off the interior door trim carefully (it's fiddly but rather easy) then look inside behind the vapor barrier film. Best case scenario - you will not only see that nut but also ends of those clips, so those can be pushed out carefully or something. But in any case - those clips are made to be replaceable and readily available. I would worry only about the nut (assume bolt is bonded to the trim's back or something).
62955-50010 - clips, 6 needed.
While it may still be useful to do so if the clips are accessible from behind the panel, there's no need to remove the door panels just to undo the nuts, which are behind plugs in the corner of the doors. Besides the nut and clips, it sounds like the trim is adhered to the body with some sort of double-sided tape, and the official instructions also ask you to heat things up to help loosen that. I believe the installation instructions are written from the perspective of installing new parts, which I assume come with the adhesive already attached. If you'll be reusing yours I guess you'll need to figure out a replacement tape.
