how to access amp area to replace amp.

I can't seem to figure out how to remove the chrome bag clips to access the amp.

Could someone help me out?

I was stuck like you on the chrome clips last year. After struggling with it for hours, finally figure out how to access the bolt. just pop the internal plastic cover with a screwdriver.
