Hello,
Does the car start at all?
P0011 indicates that the camshaft is in the wrong position, the common cause for it is clogged up OCV valve or the filter. If you have a good scan tool, you can activate the solenoid through the tool to see if it works, but if not, simply take the valve out and inspect it, check the strainer for it as well. It is also important to understand that sometimes the adjuster gear itself can get stuck, so even if the valve is functional, the camshaft won't shift, below is the video.
P0134 is an easy one to check - use a scan tool to check the output of the sensor, it should be close to, but not stuck on 3.2-ish volts. Also, check the wiring - you should have 12V between two black wires, as well as 3.3V on Blue and 3.0V on White wire. If the sensor output is not as specified, and the wiring is good, the sensor is likely bad and needs to be replaced.
B2799 - I am not particularly sure on this one, I have never met it before.. You will likely have to either get a 2 day subscription here to get a manual for that car, or wait for someone else to chime in. I would diagnose the code first, before swapping any ECUs out.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
