Hello everyone,
My LS 430 is is vibrating and making a "grinding" sound when both idling in gear and under load in gear. Park and neutral are vibration and grinding sound free. Car has just shy of 190K miles. Any ideas are greatly appreciated, thanks.

 

Engine and transmission mounts?

 

I took it for a 135 mile (215K) trip today. My choice of the two is the tranny mount. (No vibe in neutral or park). I'll find out for certain next Tuesday when it's up in the air.
