Default Steering wheel shake (w video)

Video of what I'm referring to:

I Put the car on the lift and checked most obvious suspension components, looked good. No cracks in bushings/ rot in bushings recently replaced sway bars/control arms ect... Been checking around the forum and I see that the steering wheel column bushings might have an impact? Not sure. Although, I must say that it really does feel like something is loose in the steering wheel assembly itself, possibly a loose nut or bolt?
Let me know what you think.

Truly appreciate the help

I have the same problem (04, 145K mi) and I can tell you what it is not: steering rack bushings. I replaced those with poly bushings and they did nothing, just increased road feedback. I checked the steering shaft bolts some people say can cause problems, but they were all tight. I will say replacing the lower control arms and inner/outer tie rods reduced my shake/shudder a decent amount.
