2005 LS430 Door Plug fell off

Passenger rear door plug somehow got knocked off. Anyone know what order replacement part this is? Is this an easy install? I have a 2005 white LS430. Does anyone have any experience with this?

My advice, call Bell Lexus in Scottsdale and ask for parts. Tell them that your a member of Club Lexus and your VIN, they will take care of you.
