Can these rims be cleaned up/polished?

Looking to either clean these up a bit or swap to the 03'+ 5 spoke rims and looking for tips or recommendations.

That would be a hard no the coating has failed and the aluminum is heavily oxidizing. Those are about my least favourite Lexus wheels if it was my car I would replace them.

Can be repaired but the expense may not be worthwhile if all four are similar. Better suggestion would be to replace with new or better condition used ones.
