Default LS430 differental pinion bushings movement

I've been having issues with slop while accelerating or going from reverse to drive and I'm pretty sure I'm having some vibration from the driveline as well, so I decided to check the bushings for the differential. I am assuming this amount of movement is not normal? In particular the bushing on the right. The rear bushings appear to be still good.

Have you checked engine and transmission mounts? The bushing movement on the right appears normal. The differential and rear subframe are not solid mounted.

Engine and transmission mounts are new OEM. The diff mounts look compressed to me which is I why I asked. When accelerating, especially when starting from a stop, it feels like there is a small amount of slack that gets taken up before it goes. That and the vibration feeling like it comes from everywhere in the car but only above 50mph or so makes me question them.

I watched the video again, the bushings seem ok. Have you checked the drive shaft for play?

x2 on checking driveshaft. Also check CV axles carefully. From my experience those diff mounts can be fairly "loose" without causing any vibration whatsoever.

I need to do that, I haven't checked the center carrier bearing either. Once I can get the car in the air and check them I'll report back.
