Need help I have an LS 430 2005 185000 miles am having issues when I slow down to stop there is jerk sounding like transmission not if it's an Ecm issue help?

 

Sounds like the typical '04+ ecm problem. I've been seeing numerous posts about this issue lately on other forms as well. SIA electronics can fix it.

Hello. I'm having the same issue with my LS430 jerks when downshifting has anyone used SIA electronics? when getting the ECU back from SIA is it just plug it back in and that's it?

 

I get sort of a lurch/tire chirp if I have to stop suddenly and tap the gas to move ahead. IT sort of loads up and chirps the tires just a bit.

Both my 430's had this. Its like in a parking lot if you stop sudden and then take your turn.

DOES THIS ADDRESS IT? lol - I always thought trans fluid was surging forward.

 

so when you get the ecu fix, does this affect mpg?
