Default Fan speed is lower than normal

I just noticed this since we hit summer temperatures. My fan speed seems unusual low at all speeds. From Med to Low it's almost non existent. While Max speed feels more like medium now.

Any thoughts on what this may be? On automatic mode is cycles properly and it's not stuck on any particular speed, it just blow so lightly overall.

Appreciate your thoughts.

Have you checked or changed the HVAC filter recently? That could certainly cause such a problem if it was clogged.

Thanks, do you happen to know how I could confirm this?

I pulled it out and it didn't look very dirty at all. I looked at my records though it and showed the last change was in 2018. I can't believe that's right, but I've ordered a new one just to be sure. I vacuumed the filter and will replace with a new one in the next few days.

We'll see if that makes a difference. If not, then I'd imagine swapping out a resistor isn't such a big job. I did search for this and didn't find much on it. Has anybody done this before?
