Hello, just bought a new to me 06 LS430 with 86k. Front passenger wheel has some negative camber that I’m going to address and I’ve got a timing belt/water pump kit on the way. Drove it two and a half hours back from the deal on the highway and was thoroughly impressed. Smoothest car I’ve owned thus far, for sure.
Looks sweet. I'm sure you're going to enjoy that one. There are many around here that don't care for the gold color. I like them just fine and think they look better in person especially when they are nice and clean...
Yup, that thing's beautiful. Best cars ever made, so that "impressed" thing will last. I am 6 years in on LS430 #2, and the honeymoon continues. Even if you have to put a few bucks into that front wheel, worth it. That color has grown on me, and I love the bold look of non-chrome 18's. If I can ever own 2 at once, I will have those on one. Did you get Cashmere or Ecru interior? Both work well. Congratulations!
I've got about 50 K on mine now since I purchased it, the Rona has held down the mileage.
The more I drive it, the more I like it. Superb machine for high speed cruising, my 05 gets 21 MPG.....at 115.
Only other car I have owned that was a comfortable cruise at that speed was my old 928S4, unlike the LS the 928 tended to attract the authorities. Never did get caught in that one tho.
