Dave looks SO geeked when he gets on it haha. I really like how this came together. Wonder if there would be a good way to modify an OEM engine cover to fit?
Dream Lexus for sure. Amazing exterior detailing, super impressed about the car. The only thing i would definitely change, is the suspension choice, different install and tune, different setup and maintenance for the braking system, and of course exhaust... I would change some things there to bring it to acceptable level (imho)
Did they ever sum up the cost for the entire build? I'm guesstimating at least 10K on top of the cost of the vehicle (without the sponsorships and whatnot?
So how come the toms ecu & super charger kit gets the 430 to 365hp and they used the toms supercharger tune with minor tweaks and they didnt brake 300 hp. Anyone know why? Is it because of the lack of headers and almost stock exhaust or is there tune just bad any ideas?

Reason: Forgot word
ok but why does it not make close to the same power if its using the toms tune is my question its off by 30 hp thats a lot.
Toms will have been using a new engine that is developing 283Bhp when building their system and measuring the power output. 283 to 365 at the crank is an 82bhp gain.
These guys went from 255 to 335 at the crank on their used US$6000 LS430, which is an 80bhp gain.
You are comparing a new LS430 engine to a worn one in a $6000 car which is a little unfair.

Ohhhh ok that makes complete sense I forgot that it was a neglected car, sorry about that lol. So in theory if one was to have a very well maintained car with a full exhaust and headers that 365hp mark should be easily hit then.
Any other updates on the Flexus that you've heard about?
I'm wanting to do this to my LS430, but really want the ECU stuff to have been worked out (throttle tip-in)
