I am new to my ls. When I start the car there is a warning message on the navigation unit that makes me agree to safety every time. Can I make that go away?

Not without an aftermarket piece of hardware you’d plug in to the back of your unit.

I rarely ever hit the button anyway as it’s only to pull up the navigation maps. If you just click the audio button, it’ll take you to audio.
