Default Preventative maintenance when replacing knock sensor? (high mileage)

I have an 01 LS430 UL. The CEL came on one day when cruising on the highway. It's a P0325 - Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Bank 1 or Single Sensor.

I looked around and it seems to be a pricey repair (>$300). Considering the high mileage on my car (235K) what are the other things to replace when doing this repair work?

Starter contacts and sub harness if it's damaged/worn

With high mileage, and a knock sensor code, be sure to verify that the sensor itself is for sure faulty. At that point with miles, it could be spark plugs failing to fire, injector issues, etc.
