Default Replacement for LS 430 2006

Love my 2006 LS 430 but thinking about upgrading to a newer used model that would have more safety features. I love everything about the LS430, what would be the best replacement and year for a certified car, comparable size and trunk space.
Thanks

I have and drive an 05 430, an 07 460L and a 15 460L. I personally think the 15 is just a bit better for ride and smoothness and the trunk space and overall car size feels a bit bigger as well. If your budget allows for a 15, I suggest you check them out.

Do you mean a 2015? That sounds good I was hoping to get some good safety features, I'll have to check out the 2015. Thanks, appreciate your reply.

I have a 2006 LS430 also and I know at some point I will need to let it go and get something newer with more autonomous driving and safety features. I keep reading all the new car reviews and nothing new has impressed me like the LS430. So at this point if I absolutely had to replace my car today, I'd likely buy a new Kia Telluride. Fortunately my LS runs and drives like it's new, so very likely keeping it for at least a couple of more years.

I would steer clear of the LS460. It isn't the same car as the 430. The 500 is even further way. I would probably own a Genesis G90 before a new LS. I hated my 2010 LS460L with a passion.

You're not the first person that has said they don't like the 460. I have a friend who owns a Genesis and loves it. I thought I'd look at that one too. Was really hoping to stick with Lexus but no rush since my car still runs like a dream.

The 460 and 430 are just different cars. The 430 is more like a mini Rolls Royce; super quiet, smooth, refined. The 460 is more like a BMW/Mercedes; sportier, more responsive but a little more tactile. Until i drove the 600 I didn't think the upgrade was worth the extra $$$ of having another car payment.

All that being said the ONLY car in my fleet I would replace like for like is the LS 430.

If not worse, certainly equally troublesome. . Volvo is now owned by Geely which is a Chinese Co. Swedish car owned by Chinese Company. Yikes!

Personally, I'd consider a 2014+ LS (never good to buy the 1st year of a new body style).......or even a Cadillac CT6/CT6-V.
