Does the problem happen all the time or only when brake is applied? Does the pitch change with speed? Does steering/turning make the problem worse/better?

Sure, swapped out ball joints, they were past it. Had another squeak then I took a large screwdriver and hammer to tap on the brake dust shield behind the rotor. No more squeaks...
