'03 vs '04 coil springs LS430

'03 vs '04 coil springs LS430
I noticed in parts diagrams that the coil spring p.n.s changed in 7/03. Will post-7/03 springs fit my pre-7/03 LS ? Looks like they added a lower spring seat in 7/03. So maybe a post-7/03 spring will work if I install the lower spring seat with it ???
