Default Radiator difference question

Hello Lexus friends.

I just got an order from Rockauto. I bought an original Denso radiator 2214100.

Unfortunately it isnt the same as the original. My car has a separate tank for the cooling fluid at the passenger side just above the wheel. I received an radiator with a radiatorcap to fill the fluid directly into the radiator. I thought this was only for the pre facelift model.

Do you guys know if I can install this wrong radiator without any risk? The air intake is on top so I can imagine that this part can be a bit different as well and maybe other stuff is different to.

There are two Denso radiators, you got the one for a vehicle with the tow package. DENSO2213170is the one without the tow package. Not sure what the difference is between the two.

No it wasnt. I am a proper right hand driver in Europe
Smart question. I checked the UK market on this topic and I see those radiators for sale over there but still this is extremely rare when I compare the radiator offers....

There is no difference between the Denso tow radiator and the non-tow radiator. Your setup is different than US spec cars, both pre and post facelift. I've never seen a system on these cars with an expansion tank like you have. What does the top of your radiator look like under the air intake? Remove the 2 plastic retainers and the air intake lifts off.
