haha my wife surprised me today. My mom gave our son Toy Story 4 in 4K. Thing is we have that movie in Blu Ray and we don't have a 4K player, I say wth just keep it one day we'll have 4K. She took it back and they offered $26 without a receipt. She asked to speak with the manager because this was a XMAS present so they gave her $32 back.

I woulda accepted the $26. But in my business meaning work, that's what we expect of our associates, doesn't sound good but they should squeeze blood from stones.

Doesn't feel good to be the one getting squeezed, though lol

At any rate, anytime insurance goes down is a good day
