Bought an 04 recently, didn't drive it for a few weeks and battery was dead. Had AAA come jumpstart who noted that it looked like it was still on its original battery from 15 years ago. I got a new one installed by AAA who said it all looked good and everything has been fine but I last parked it on tuesday and attempted to drive it today when the key fob wouldn't let me in. I got myself in through the physical key and I left the stick on auto. I notice that lights the car up when I'm coming towards it and now I'm wondering if it's doing that without the key fob near by and that's what drained it? Is there any other switches inside I need to make sure is off to prevent this from happening again?
