I am looking to replace my front upper arm control from RockAuto but kinda confused btwn " Front Left Upper Forward " and " Front Left Upper" ? Are they the same ? Does anyone knows ?

Two brands using different verbiage for basically the same part. The reason I say basically is the Mevotech part is for cars with Sport Suspension.
If I were shopping for Sport Suspension parts I doubt I'd trust Mevotech but that's another topic...
(Could just be a typo??)
