Car does not start? Need help!

I just receive my techstream and I connect it to car and it works. I do not change anything. After a while I turn off car and disconnect techstream obd2 connector but now I cannot start car at all? See video

IGN on and when I wrote "After a while" that while can be an hour because i was so excited about that techstream

done that a couple of times while playing with Techstream. if battery voltage drops below 10V - it will not start

Techstream will consume all your battery power if engine is not running. Need to recharge it and everything will be back to normal.
