05 with 60k and everything still works and all original. Knock on wood.

 

I have a 2004 LS430 in Australia (right hand drive) that I treat like an absolute baby and keep garaged when not in use but it hasnt made any difference, I guess the Aussie sun is just too BRUTAL over here!! Mine has now done 150,000kms (around 93,000 miles) and over the years the only thing I havent had to fix from your list is the gps/screen! Prices here are no good either, I try to get parts from overseas when I can when they are compatible but shipping can often destroy any savings. I have been lucky sometimes though.
Drivers door actuator went. Replaced with oem. $800
Mark lev amp blew, replaced myself with oem reconditoned one at $850.
Sub woofer surround blew...too bad to refoam so bought new oem sub overseas for $460 with shipping and installed myself.
Both front door speaker foam surrounds broke over time, Replaced with new oem speakers I got from USA.
Hood struts went, replaced with oem.
trunk struts went, replaced.

 

05 with 104k miles. all original, but the trunk struts are shot.
