i tell you i have no luck with this company. previous car and now my 05 LS has problems with their units. so i followed instructions and installed everything yesterday. but the unit will not play whether i use my 160GB ipod classic or my USB drive with songs added (both in folders and then in no order with no folders). i get verbal verification that a USB device is attached, but it will not play. i have the Mark Levinson system w/ navigation.

my question is, has anyone else had this issue/problem? GROM told me to reformat the usb (which i've done twice already). not sure what else to try.

i know i bought the right kit (verified by their rep and also by a link that he sent me to see what is used with certain vehicles).
