Default Exterior pillar replacement

Rock chips on these pillars seem to be pretty common. Where are you all getting replacements? I have found some black ones on eBay and amazon but they stick on over the existing ones. I'm not totally against these but I'm worried about how well they will stay on with the one peeling underneath.

Just grabbed this image off the forum but my chipping is very similar.

you can wrap it (and of course the other pillars also) in a matte/glossy black that will cover it and help protecting the rest from reaching the same destiny .
