I just converted the daytime running lights to LED on my 2005. There is a super fast flickering coming from the lights and they seem to be a bit dim. Just a note it is only the lights, no ballasts, decoders, etc. Do I need to include one of these? I've heard something about including them for them to run properly on a 12V channel.
