Well, outside of purchasing a replacement wiper/headlamp stalk assembly, and pulling the column covers off and replacing it, that button is probably not available on its own.
There are small tabs that hold the button against the spring, inside the end of the wiper stalk, and if one of those tabs breaks off, you're sunk..
There're a number of these assemblies on eBay right now, but oddly enough they're only located in Lithuania (?!) and the U.K.
I would think a local pull-a-part yard would have an LS that you could pull one from.
It looks fairly easy to swap out. Couple of screws, couple of connectors, and it's out..

I would like them on a LS430 because it means Custom Luxury package or above.
It's amazing how heated washer nozzles and headlight washers have always been a Euro thing, but not so much Japanese nor American. I have never used them on my BMW in over 10 yrs., except by accident (I go so far as to turn my headlights off if I need to wash my glass at night [automatically spray if headlights are on]). Porsche has caught on and removed them for 2018 on most 911 models on the North American market. Cost cutting even hits them...

John, just an FYI... We're talking about the windshield washer button on the actual stalk on the column, not the headlight washers...

I had a 2002 Bonneville years ago that had the exact same thing happen. I went to use the washers and the button popped out. Ended up replacing the stalk. The retaining tab on the button broke off. Who knows.... Probably from age...
