I disconnected the battery during my stereo install and now there is no chirp when locking/unlocking the doors or opening the trunk. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to reset/reprogram?

It is kinda gangsta to be able to roll up and lock or unlock the car without making any noise,,, but I gave up that lifestyle some time ago,,, JK,,, LOL...

Now I just want to be sure that the vehicle is locked, and the audible chirp helps...

 

There should be a rotary **** under the dash, just to the right of the steering wheel. That controls the volume of the alarm..

 

So that's what that little **** is for,,, I saw it when I was running some wiring and I must have turned it all the way down,,,
