Default "high mode" driveability

Hi there,

i´ve lowered my LS via the sensors around 1,5 - 2 Inches. Now I ask myself, if i put the car in high mode (it raises about an Inch - still a bit lower than stock)
if I can drive it normally. The Manual says it´s only for low Speeds on bumpy surfaces, but this is ment for stock height adjustment ( if you know, what I
mean, sorry for my english)

Any ideas?
