Default Yellow LED DRL pics

Calais LED's with anti-flicker harnesses from VLEDS.
At night with the parking lights on which are LED's from LUYED.
Light output after adjusting the high beams down.

Personally prefer a white or white/blue shade... dont know why I've never been a fan of yellow...
But my question was that any changes done to the fog lamps? Maybe yellow fogs would add to the look?

I usually am not a fan of yellow except on older 911's and Bimmers with quad, round headlights. I had what were supposed to be 5000k fog and DRL's but didn't like the color especially with the fogs and headlights on since they were different colors. I replaced the fogs with the yellows and liked the color, so I also switched the DRL's to yellow just to see how they looked. I think because the reflector makes them look round, I ended up liking them.

Another reason I wanted the yellow for the DRL's is that I will be modding the fogs so they can be used with the high beams/DRL. So when it rains, I will be able to use them instead of the HID's and hopefully have better visibility. It hardly rains here in Arizona but they will still be more useful to me than the halogen high beams which I have never needed to use.

Usually the DRL's are only on during daytime driving(yellow because of flickering) and when the seperate low beams are on the DRL's should go off. MY 06 is this way and I believe next to the 9005 DRL/high beam bulb there is a small parking light bulb that I changed out to a LED bulb. My car has white light at night time from the LED parking bulb because the DRL 9005 bulb only comes on when I use the high beams...

I like em. It reminds me of the older MB's with the yellow fog lights.

Thank you. And yes! I forgot about those. I think it's my subconscious love of 80's cars from when I was a kid that makes me like that particular look.
