If it was a Lexus part I would expect that there are some markings cast into the plastic. Other than that I don't recognize it...

I think it's part of the front bumper front lower grill.

look to see if theres a vin tag on the crash bar behind the bumper,it easy to see with a flashlight.if there isnt its has been hit.

Fixman was closest. It was part of the front bumper lower grill, but on the
Driver side. Well done. Snapped in place from behind, seems to be there just to reinforce the fragile, delicate grille plastic.

Correct. I found the exact same part just below my front bumper immediately after t-boning a truck.
