How different is the 2001 from 2002 LS430 really?

How different is the 2001 from 2002 LS430 really?

I know someone that has the full set of factory repair manuals for a 2001 LS for $200 , but I have a 2002 UL model and those cost about $700 or more. Is there all that much difference really that I couldn't make do with 2001 set for repairs etc???

I am not aware of any differences between a 2001 UL and a 2002 UL at all.
