Default ODB/Torque Pro Temperature Readings?

I bought a LS430 (2003), after totaling my LS460. For the people who have hooked up OBD2/Torque Pro readers, what are the temperatures you get (Highway, summer, winter, idling etc etc) ? Specifically looking for Transmission and Coolant temperatures.

Not sure I saw transmission fluid temperatures in my OBD reader. But I monitored the coolant temperatures 3 times: 90 degree summer day, 50 degree spring day, 8 degree winter day.

Each time, the car held coolant temps of 173-178 degrees on the freeway from 50 mph to 70 mph. I didn't get a good sense for how the temperature gauge on the dash works relative to the OBD reader, but my car has never gone to the third tick, it just warms up and stays at slightly above the middle tick.

Torque Pro (Android app) coupled with cheap Bluetooth ODB reader gets the transmission and coolant temperatures. I don't really get the temperature gauge either, mine was at 98c (208f?) and it was slighly, just a tiny bit above the middle, and at 90c which I believe is the normal temperature was exactly on the middle tick. I am worried about my transmission which was at 100c (212f) just from city driving, considering my FJ would trigger AT Overheat light at 110c (230f), so I am not really sure if that is considered normal for an LS or high.
