Hello, i have a 2001 with ML system with factory navi. My volume control **** doesnt work on the radio it self and the steering wheel.

 

Check the 30A fuse called "AMP" in the trunk fuse box.

 

Hey, I checked all fuses today. They are all good!. I'm lost at this point. I disconnected battery, checked all fuses, disconnected the radio (because many people on this forums were saying it may be the radio). My next thing to do is disconnect the AMP. My radio stations still appear. I can still use the tune function as well. just can't control volume, can't adjust bass/fade/treble etc. so I'm not sure if it's the AMP Or the radio.
