Proud New Owner of 2005 LS430
I purchased this 2005 this week to replace my 2001. I believe it has the Modern Luxury package with only 68K miles. It has the black interior which is in almost perfect condition. It is missing the cig lighter, ash tray, and tool kit though.
It has brand new Yokahama tires all the way around, new air and cabin filters along with battery. Clean Autocheck with no accidents.
I paid $14K which might be a little high, but I am very happy with it and glad to have found one with such low milage.

Great find! Congrats. Did you research any history or service records on the car? Any paint work? Looks great. Best of luck and enjoy.

Got an AutoCheck History Report
I did check the Lexus website for service records. It has some but not a whole lot, mostly regular service. I can't detect any paintwork but didn't have a pro check it out. It was a CarMax trade in that was purchased by one of their employees. He provided this copy of the AutoCheck that shows it was originally a lease vehicle in SoCal, no accidents, 4 owners (which I was a little nervous at), no event reports, and odometer checked out. If anyone has any other tools to check it out the VIN is JTHBN36F355026916

Congratulations on the purchase. I bought my 2005 through Car-max, as they gave me a good deal on a car I was trying to unload. Tool kits are around, you just have to be patient and watch for one on eBay or Craigslist. Great looking car, but I'm partial to Silver/Black.

Congrats, mscheidm! The car looks in pristine condition. Looks just like our Modern Luxury from the outside. Happy motoring and safe travels.
Out of curiosity, do you know if it has had the timing belt done yet? I changed ours a few months ago based on age, not mileage, and it still looked like a new belt after 11+ years, very minimal wear.
