So i have a 10'' alpine type R subwoofer and wanted to know if my stock GPS headunit has an input for subwoofer to control the volume of the bass on my 2004 LS430. My 2006 Acura TL had a subwoofer input so you could adjust the bass from the stock headunit which was nice. If anyone knows if it does please let me know, otherwise I guess I'll just have to adjust the volume from the amplifier in the trunk.

 

Not sure if it has a sub control, but keep in mind the OHM rating on the amplifier. It's 16 OHMs on the ML Sub woofer circuit.

 

There is no user accessible subwoofer volume adjustment.

Mark Levinson subwoofer is 14.5 ohm.
Standard (non-ML) sub is 2 ohm.
