Asc680 not going in Extra low mode.

Asc680 not going in Extra low mode.
2005 Lexus Ls430 UL, had the extra low mode enabled on m1 but now it only stays at 9. I can't tried holding the down for 3 seconds but nothing. The only thing that changed was I had my check engine light on for o2 sensors. Could this cause it?
