Hood Clear Coat Removal 2003 LS430

Looking for great ideas to remove the clear coat that is on the hood, front bumper, and front qtr panels. The bumper seems to come off with some WD-40 and some "picking" The hood...not so much. Ideas?

Timirey -- Do you mean a clear paint protection film that was applied at / after purchase? Or the real clear coat that is part of the factory paint job?
