Where the fuel gauge senders in the LS?
My fuel gauge is telling me lies! And recently on a road trip, the car ran out of fuel!! Fortunately, I was able to coast into a gas station. So I'm guessing the fuel sender is not working properly.
Any idea where on the car the fuel sender/sub-sender are located? I'm hoping I can DIY.
Can anybody help with this?

I am not 100% posative but its usually on the top of the fuel pump when you take off the back seat, it should be right there find a wiring diagram to figure out how many ohms it has and measure it etc.

Jeez, that really looks pricey. I have a sender that works but isn't very accurate.
This doesn't look like a project I would like. And which one? right? End up needing both I suspect unless there's a test protocol easily doable to find the offending unit. Of course I would ask how much I would feel like diving in there again and end up doing both anyway.
